Forked River City research radiologist Dr. Imogen Volek has developed a cure for the lasting effects of the infamous NSRv46 virus that has crippled the world since 1947. But the purse strings attached to medical research begin to constrict around Volek when the Prime Minister asks her to treat Elvira, the deathly ill, iron-fisted dictator of The Socialist Republic of Trajan.
