It’s the last three days of June 1867, the days right before Canada officially becomes a country. But everyone in London Ontario is too busy to notice the start of their new nation. The recently defeated, short tempered, Mayor Frank Cornish is ready to start a fight with anyone who crosses his path. Everyone is on the lookout for the notorious window peeper Slippery Jack.
